Shrimps Affair Spinach Food is a high-quality, plant-based shrimp food formulated with natural spinach, multivitamins, minerals, and amino acids to support healthy growth, strong moulting, and vibrant colour in aquarium shrimp.
This formula is suitable for all freshwater shrimp species, including Caridina, Neocaridina, and Sulawesi shrimp. Being predominantly plant-based, it is easy for shrimp to digest, helps maintain excellent water quality, and significantly reduces the risk of water pollution compared to animal-protein-heavy foods.
Developed by Shrimps Affair Singapore and produced in Taiwan, this spinach-enriched recipe provides essential nutrients without making shrimp overly full or sluggish, making it ideal for regular feeding in breeding tanks.

First and most importantly, my shrimp absolutely love it and fight for it every time. Second, it is a mostly plant-based food with no animal protein, which means it barely pollutes the water and doesn’t leave shrimp feeling overly full or heavy like many animal-based foods do. I personally sourced this food directly from Shrimps Affair when I visited Darick in Singapore, so I know exactly how and why it’s used by top-level breeders.
