How to Use KW Shrimps Bacterial Powder
Dosing:
Weekly or biweekly for maintenance after water change
Recommended dosage:
0.5–0.7g per 10 gallons
1g per 20 gallons
 
Best method: Pre-mix with water before adding it to the tank to activate the bacteria.
 
For New Tank Setup:
Mix the powder with 0.5L of water in a container outside the tank:
1–1.5g per 10L of tank volume
I typically use 8g per tank (1 full heaping teaspoon).
Pour the solution into the tank and let it cycle.
Add GH+ minerals and turn off the light for the first few days to prevent green water.
Perform 50% water changes biweekly during cycling and add 0.5–1g of bacterial powder after each change.
Expect cloudy water for up to a week—this is normal. If it persists, perform a major water change.
